Turtle Zuni fetish carving, made of green marble with inlay turquoise eyes. It is 1 3/4" long, 1 1/8" deep, and 1" tall. Handmade by Zuni Native artist Rosella Lunasee, and signed with her initials on the bottom.
Turtles represent longevity, are a rain-bringing fetish, and serve as links to the Zuni ancestors.
