Zuni fetish toad or frog, made of tigilite, with inlay turquoise and jet eyes, and raised dot inlay turquoise on its body. Native American Made. It is made of a pretty piece of light brown and white tigilite, with a funny expression on its face. Made by artist Enrike Leekya and signed on the bottom. Enrike Leekya is a descendant of the famous Zuni carver Leekya Deyuse.
Toads and frogs are associated with rain, abundance, water, and fertility, and they bring the rain, which is essential to all life on earth.
Measurements: It is 2 1/4" long, 1" tall, and 1 1/4" wide.
