Navajo bracelet with Nevada turquoise, 1930s
Old Navajo bracelet with natural Nevada turquoise, ca. 1930s. Measures 5 3/4" around, with a 1 1/4" gap (7 inches all around), and it is 1 1/8" wide at the widest part. It has seven high dome turquoise cabochons, the largest one being almost 1 1/2" long and 3/4" wide. There is intricate twisted wire and silver balls around the turquoise, and the bracelet itself is a split shank made of twisted wire.
