Saint Veronica hand colored wood block print by Elizabeth Boyd White Hall (1903 - 1974). E Boyd was a painter, museum employee and scholar on the Spanish colonial art of Santa Fe, New Mexico.
She visited Santa Fe, New Mexico in 1929 and after staying 3 months, she stayed there and traveled extensively in the Southwest including Arizona in 1937, and Los Angeles, California from 1946 to 1951.
During the 1930's, she was active with the Federal Arts project and took special interest in Spanish Colonial art.
