Old Hopi bowl by Marcia Rickey (1918-1991), Ant Woman. Polychrome bowl with geometric designs, feathers, parrot beaks and tradition early designs.
Signature on the bottom with a sticker that we didn't want to peal off.
Condition - needs to be cleaned and has deep chips on the rim.
All of the Pueblo pottery is made with the coil and pinch method, made with clay the artists gathered, hand-polished, and traditionally fired. It will be double boxed and fully insured shipping.
Measurements: 12 1/2" wide, 4" tall, 10 3/4" opening.
