Zuni white mole fetish, hand-carved by Zuni artist Herbert Halate, made of white marble, with inlay turquoise eyes and inlay turquoise spots on its back. Beautifully carved with fur detail. Signed on the bottom.
Moles are said to be able to see in the dark, so they can see what others can't. They amplify the connection with the earth, and they are the protectors from the underground.
Measurements: 3/4" tall, 2 3/8" wide and 1" deep.
