Henry Menager founded the H. Menager Store located on the corner of Mesilla and Meyer Streets in Tucson, Arizona. Constructed in 1891, was originally the H. Menager Dry Goods, Clothing and Hardware store. A partner of Henry Meneger was Sabino Otero who had ranches outside of Tucson. Over the years various businesses occupied the site. By 1968 it was known as Tucson Army Surplus Store.
