Zuni wolf/coyote fetish, made of alabaster with inlay turquoise eyes and multi stone and shell inlay. The inlay stones include turquoise, lapis lazuli, spiny oyster shell, abalone shell, and various others. This fetish was handmade by Zuni artist Jayne Quam, and signed on the bottom. Jayne Quam is known for her beautiful, colorful inlay work on fetishes.
The wolf is the teacher, family-oriented, the pathfinder, invokes a strong family bond, hunters, and the symbol for the East.
Measurements: 1" tall, 2 5/8" wide, and 5/8" deep.
