Santo Domingo-made shell pendant, by artist Mary Aguilar. The pendant is made of a clam shell, with inlay Kingman turquoise, mother of pearl and petrified Wood with silver inlay. The design is a corn stalk with a single mother of pearl circle at top. The bottom has the petrified wood to make the earth color. The bail is almost 3/8" wide so it can fit thick chains or beads and on the back of the bail is a piece of coral. Artists' hallmark is on the inside of the bail. This is a statement piece, and a beautiful and impressive piece of artwork.
Measurements: measuring 2" wide x 2 5/8" long including bail.
