Native American Zuni fetish carving of a sea turtle, made of golden serpentine with inlay turquoise eyes. This fetish was handmade by Zuni artist Vivella Cheama, which you don't see much of. There is beautiful detail on the shell and body of the turtle.
Turtles represent longevity, fertility, home, and reliability. They are symbols of Mother Earth, and they are rain bringers.
Measurements: It is 1 7/8" wide, 5/8" tall, and 1 3/4" deep at the widest part.
