Pueblo pottery moccasin boot pair in red with black soles. They have painted on lacing on the sides and white edging around the front of the boot. Very unusual to find a pair. These are very cute. From the 1940's
Pottery moccasins were made by the Pueblo Indians as a collectible item for tourists at the trading posts and railroad stations from 1870s to 1930s. They have very fine workmanship and are still valued as collector items. A unique Native American find.
Measurements: One boot measures about 3 7/8" deep and the other is 2 3/4" deep. Both are 2 1/2" tall, and 1 3/4" wide at the top.
