Pueblo pottery moccasin pair. In excellent condition, very unusual to find a pair. These ones are very cute, with painted on buttons on the sides, white outsides and red insides. From the 1940's
Pottery moccasins were made by the Pueblo Indians as a collectible item for tourists at the trading posts and railroad stations from 1870s to 1930s. They have very fine workmanship and are still valued as collector items. A unique Native American find.
Measurements: Each boot measures about 2 1/2" tall, 3 1/4" long, and 1 3/4" deep.
