Zuni made vintage fetish necklace., three strands with various animal fetishes in different stones, about 30" long . The strands are strung with very small shell heishi, with a small section of turquoise heishi as an accent on one side. The hand-carved fetishes range in size from about 3/4" to 1 1/8" long, made from stones like mother of pearl, turquoise, pipestone, coral, jasper, and others. The fetishes are various animals, mostly birds, with some wolves, foxes, and bears. Sterling silver cones with hook closure.
Very delicate and exquisitely made piece with that inch of turquoise heishi on upper strand.
