Navajo second phase concho belt, ca. 1900-1910
Navajo second phase concho belt, made in 1900s-1910s. Made in the old style, using coins to make a ingot to form into conchos with stamped designs. It has seven conchos and a buckle, each made of ingot silver. Each concho measures 2 3/4" by 2", and the buckle measures 3 7/8" by 3". The leather part of the belt is about 40" long, 3/4" wide. Great condition, beautiful stamping work on all the conchos and buckle.
