Santo Domingo-made inlay shell earrings, by artists John and Mary Aguilar. Made from a polished shell, with spiny oyster shell, turquoise, mother of pearl, and silver inlaid on the top of the shell. A beautiful, bold, geometric design. Not hallmarked, but we buy directly from the artists so we can verify their authenticity. It is hard to sign the back of the shell.
The earrings measure 1 3/4" long, 1 1/8" wide, and they hang 2 3/8" long in total including ear wire.
