Butterfly Maiden fetish by Zuni artist Claudia Peina, made of beautiful apple coral, and inlaid with turquoise. The wings are made out of hand-stamped silver. This fetish is beautifully carved, characteristic of Claudia Peina's style, and made of a fabulous piece of apple coral. Signed on the bottom. The Corn Maiden helps to bring a healthy corn crop (abundance), which is an important source of food to the Zuni.
