Tohono O'Odham basket by Veronica Geronimo, with a five petal squash blossom design, negative design- meaning colors are reversed (black background, lighter grass used for the design). Made with Devil's Claw (black) and yucca with a Bear Grass foundation. This basket measures about 13 1/2" in diameter, and comes with a thread loop in the back for hanging on the wall. Excellent condition, a unique design, beautifully made.
