Concho belt, by Frank Patania Sr., 1940's. The leather of the belt is 32" long, and 7/8" wide. The buckle is 3 3/4" by 3", hand-stamped with bump-outs that give it a lot of dimension and in his classic style. There are seven scalloped oval conchos, each 3 1/2" by 3", hand-stamped. The buckle is stamped on the back with "Sterling" with his thunderbird symbol, (Thunderbird Shop). The leather is original and could be changed for a new piece and could be made longer. A very desirable classic Patania look.
