Santa Clara pot with handle, 1910s
Santa Clara pottery bowl with handle, made in 1910's, unsigned. It has some simple circles and raised designs on the sides. It is fired in the traditional way to create the black. Good condition, there are some scratches on the sides, but it is unusual to see a pot this old with the handle intact.
Measures about 5 1/2" tall and 6 1/2" in diameter.
All of the Pueblo pottery is made with the coil and pinch method, made with clay the artists gathered, hand-polished, and traditionally fired. It will be double boxed and fully insured shipping.
