Santa Clara bowl from 1920s
Santa Clara pottery bowl, made in 1920's, unsigned. It is a simple bowl design with a high polish. It is fired in the traditional way to create the black. Good condition, has a small hair line crack and some scratches on the sides, but it is unusual to see a pot this old and with that high shine from the river rock polishing.
All of the Pueblo pottery is made with the coil and pinch method, made with clay the artists gathered, hand-polished, and traditionally fired. It will be double boxed and fully insured shipping.
Measurements: 8 3/4" wide x 4 1/4" high with a 7 1/2" opening
