Zuni frog fetish by Ricky Laahty, made of green serpentine. This fetish was handmade by Zuni artist Ricky Laahty, who is known for his frogs. The bottom is signed, and also has a butterfly design carved on the bottom, which Ricky Laahty has been doing recently.
Frogs represent fertility and abundance, and they bring the rain, which is important to all life on earth. Fish are also associated with water and rain, and dolphins represent loyalty and friendship.
Measurements: It is 5/8" tall, and 3/4" deep by 1 3/8" wide at the base.
