Small pot by Santa Clara potter Flora Naranjo (lifespan 1914-2000?). She was an award-winning potter from a family of famous potters, and her favorite designs included Avanyu, feathers, kiva steps, bear paws, hand prints, and birds.
This pot measures 2 3/4" tall, 4 1/2" in diameter. Signed on the bottom.
All of our Pueblo pottery is made with the coil and pinch method, made with clay the artists gathered, hand-polished, and traditionally fired. It will be double boxed with fully insured shipping.
