Santo Domingo storyteller, by Angel Coriz and Ralph Bailon, ca. 1970's. This is a traditional style storyteller pottery, with a figure with open mouth telling a story to five children. Signed on the bottom.
All of our Pueblo pottery is made with the coil and pinch method, made with clay the artists gathered, hand-polished, and traditionally fired. It will be double boxed with fully insured shipping.
Measurements: This sculpture measures 7 1/4" tall, 4" by 4 1/2" wide at the feet.
