Eagle Zuni fetish, made of carved shell, with inlay turquoise eyes and accents turquoise pieces and a arrow head. It is 1" tall, 1 3/4" wide and 1 1/2" deep. This fetish was handmade by Zuni artist Bryston Bowannie. Wonderful carving with very detailed feathers and great use of the shell for the eagle form.
Eagles are the messengers to the Creator, and they symbolize power, balance, dignity, grace, they are hunters and protectors from the sky.
