Zuni fetish carving of a coyote, made of brown serpentine with turquoise inlay eyes and a medicine bundle on its back. Native American Made. It is 2 1/4" tall, 2" wide at the widest part and 1 1/8" deep. This fetish was handmade by Zuni artist Calvert Bowannie, and is signed on the bottom.
Coyotes are tricksters in Zuni legend, associated with laughter and humor.
