Zuni-made beaded nun sculpture, by artist Margaret Eddake, ca. 1980's or earlier. Beaded dolls are a popular Zuni craft, and this one is made by covering a Aunt Jemima bottle. This piece is very heavy and sturdy. The artist Margaret Eddake stopped making her craft in the 1900's, so it is hard to find her pieces anymore.
Measurements: Just over 10" tall, 4" diameter at the base.
