Zuni fetish frog or toad, made of pink marble, with inlay turquoise eyes, and a medicine bundle made of turquoise and coral beads, with a mother of pearl arrowhead. This fetish was handmade by Zuni artist Chase Weekoty.
Toads and frogs are associated with rain, abundance, water, and fertility, and they bring the rain, which is essential to all life on earth. Medicine bundles are offerings given to the fetish that are said to amplify the animal's power.
Measurements: It measures just under 2" tall, 2 1/4" wide, and 4" long.
