Talavera posole bowl from South America, Lima, Peru area. Made around the 1920's. Features a bright yellow rim, with traditional yellow, ochre, and green colors, and black line work traditional in these bowls. Fired in the old method in a wood burning kiln, with old iridescent glaze.
