Oil on canvas painting by Tucson, Arizona artist Judge Latta Kingan (1869-1943). Painting is ca. 1930's. Signed in the bottom left corner. Judge Kingan was a Tucson artist, and was a member of the Continental Congress. This painting was bought from his family. Probably painted down by Tubac, Arizona in a cottonwood grove.
