Hopi vase, ca. 1940's, from First Mesa. This piece is in good condition for its age, some paint is fading. Cylinder shapes are highly priced for there elegance and understanding of the difficulty of getting this shape from start to finish.
All of our Pueblo pottery is made with the coil and pinch method, made with clay the artists gathered, hand-polished, and traditionally fired. It will be double boxed with fully insured shipping.
